When you give to Tide for Tusks, we will use the funds to do all we can to save the African elephants. Tide For Tusks is a 501 (c) (3) organization.

Our bylaws state the following:
50% toward conservation efforts
40% towards academic research and scholarship
10% administrative costs

Tide for Tusks will share financial information and progress of projects on the tidefortusks.org website, social media and through an annual report.

Care. Share. Give.
The word care means: the provision of what is necessary for the health, welfare, maintenance, and protection of someone or something. Tide for Tusks cares for the African elephant and saving it from the threat of extinction from poaching for its ivory. To accomplish this goal we have launched an awareness campaign to educate people about the dangers to the African elephant. As part of this, we formed a nonprofit organization, launched a website and social media to bring awareness.

Sharing information is paramount if we are to succeed. Tide for Tusks will share information through the tidefortusks.org website, social media, and group presentations. We encourage you to share information on your FaceBook, twitter, or other social media. Sharing a simple and easily understood message of the plight of the African elephant will hopefully work to help save the elephant from extinction.
